M. SEÇKİN KILIÇ
GROUP EXPLORATION MANAGER

A geologist with over 16 years experience in mining and exploration. His professional experience has been with mid-tier and junior mining and exploration companies, exploring for gold and base metal deposits. He has managed a variety of gold projects in Africa and Turkey with the majority of his experience devoted to managing especially gold and copper greenfield to brownfield programs, most of which have resulted in discoveries and operating mines. He has managed many exploration projects through to the resource drilling and mining stages. He has experience in various terrains and geological environment around the world such as Greenstone, Archean, Proterozoic, Tethyan, Tian Shan, Katanga Copper Belt, etc. in Africa, Central Asia and Turkey. Prior to joining Summa Gold, Seçkin served as Chief Geologist of Lidya/Polimetal Madencilik, subsidiary of Çalık Holdings. Seçkin holds a B.Sc. Degree in Geological Engineering from Ankara University. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and Turkish Association of Economics Geologists.

EFDAL ÖLÇER
CHIEF GEOLOGIST

Efdal is a highly accomplished and qualified Exploration Geologist, with unique technical skills and experience gained in various mineral categories and diverse geological environments, including; Greenstone, Archean, Proterozoic, Tethyan, etc. in Africa, Middle East and Turkey. He possess a demonstrable track record in mineral exploration, specifically gold exploration in diverse deposit types including; epithermal, porphyry, orogenic, and within different terrains. He has also gained extensive greenfield and brownfield exploration and project development experience with the majority resulting in discoveries and several converting into profitable gold mines. Prior to joining Summa Gold, Efdal served as Exploration Manager of MNG Gold, subsidiary of Avesoro Holdings. Efdal holds a B.Sc. Degree in Geological Engineering from Middle East Technical University.  He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists, Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Society of Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits, Turkish Association of Economics Geologists.
